MTA Software Solutions' Terms and Conditions. Product/Service Price MTA's Motor Trader's Assistant software is only sold with accompanying support which is renewable on a monthly or annual basis. The price of the Motor Trader's Assistant software/support package is £10 per week plus VAT (payable monthly by standing order) or £599 + VAT per annum (debit and credit cards accepted on annual subscriptions). Delivery Policy MTA Software Solutions supplies software via the Downloads page on this website. MTA Software is licensed to registered users and is conditional on receiving software support. MTA software is not sold without support. Software and support are only available within the UK Refund/Return Policy Users of MTA software are not required to sign any contract with MTA Software Solutions and may stop using MTA software and support at the end of their current subscription period without obligation. Subscriptions are on an annual basis. Initial downloads may be trialled by the user for one month without obligation or payment. During the free trial period, full software support will be available. Cancellation Policy A user of MTA software may cancel his subscription for software support at any time. After an initial one month free trial of MTA software and support without obligation to subscribe, the user may stop using the software and support without any payment to MTA Software Solutions. Following the one month trial, users will be required to pay an annual subscription for continuing use of MTA software and support and this payment is non-refundable. There is no obligation to renew any subscription on an annual basis. Payments may be made directly by internet bank transfer or by cheque made payable to 'MTA Software Solutions' or by use of any valid major debit or credit card. Privacy Policy Users' privacy and security is respected and taken very seriously by MTA Software Solutions. MTA Software Solutions undertakes to keep all dealings with our users on a strictly confidential basis. Any MTA software user data sent to MTA Software Solutions for storage or for any other reason will be kept in a secure place and encrypted and without a legally issued warrant delivered by a UK law enforcement agency will never pass on such MTA software user data to any third party. Any financial information, including credit card or debit card information will not be kept by MTA Software Solutions and any such information supplied will be securely disposed of by either secure deletion of computer files (using PGP secure deletion) or a document cross shredder of paper documents, whichever is applicable, as soon as the information required to process a payment has been used. No financial or debit/credit card information will be passed on to any third party under any circumstances. Users email addresses will not be passed on to any third party. Support MTA Office hours are Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 6 pm and wherever possible instant support will be available when users call during office hours. Support is limited to MTA Software use only. Requests for email support will be dealt with within 24 hours during weekdays.
